Eating at Columbia has become a family tradition of ours for over a decade however, our most recent experience at the Sarasota location was very disappointing in regards to our entrées, The rice was severely undercooked. The manager was very apologetic. Also, the cocktails were not satisfactory. The Ybor location should visit and train the kitchen/bar. The wait staff was amazing. View all feedback.
