Service was verry good food was great and it felt like a cultural Columbian restaurant

Brittany was THE BEST server ever! Great atmosphere and food. The bread, the croquettes de pollo and 1905 salad and Spanish coffee were to die for. I can’t wait to go back.

Eating at Columbia has become a family tradition of ours for over a decade however, our most recent experience at the Sarasota location was very disappointing in regards to our entrées, The rice was severely undercooked. The manager was very apologetic. Also, the cocktails were not satisfactory. The Ybor location should visit and train the kitchen/bar. The wait staff was amazing.

Went here for the first time. My wife and I had just made a trip to Spain in May! The food and service were impeccable!!

This was our first time at the restaurant and it did not disappoint. Max was our server and gave us great recommendations from the menu in which the food was amazing and probably some of the best we had during our stay at Lido Beach. We had the champinones rellenos, 1905 salad, pollo manchego, and of course a sangria and would recommend all of it. Max was very informative and a great server, definitely recommend eating here and ask for Max to be your server!
