I think Porky's is an excellent restaurant. As a lifelong Texan BBQ enthusiast, I have always found them to be friendly, fast, and serving top-notch BBQ every time. The ribs and brisket were delicious, but the pulled pork was extremely dry. I had to add BBQ sauce to my sandwich to make it more enjoyable. Both dishes were tasty, however, none of them came with the pickles, coleslaw, and jalapenos that were listed on the menu.
