Very good boudin! Smoked boudin very flavorful, the rice wasn't steamed to mush and a lot of meat in a real casing. Rich smokey flavor with a nice hit of heat but the boudin balls were stellar. One of the most perfectly cooked seasoned I've had in a long time. Absolutely delicious, no grease , rice unbroken, and pockets of tender pork seasoned wonderfully. View all feedback.

So, you order three shrimp boxes but what you get is three fish boxes even after you hear her say she is fixing three shrimp boxes.
