Very good boudin! Smoked boudin very flavorful, the rice wasn't steamed to mush and a lot of meat in a real casing. Rich smokey flavor with a nice hit of heat but the boudin balls were stellar. One of the most perfectly cooked seasoned I've had in a long time. Absolutely delicious, no grease , rice unbroken, and pockets of tender pork seasoned wonderfully. View all feedback.

So, you order three shrimp boxes but what you get is three fish boxes even after you hear her say she is fixing three shrimp boxes. I messaged them and they kindly apologized and offered to make it right. These people are extremely nice. I hate they got it so wrong on my first time going there. View all feedback.
Yall boiled crawfish today were Amazing. Seasoned perfect and worth the 45 min drive. Customer service is always the best and very welcoming employees.
I enjoyed the Cracklins and the meat pie and the regular boudin balls and the smoked sausage link. I did not like the boiled peanuts because they were spicey and this old Mississippi country girl does not want anything but salt in her boiled peanuts. Next time I am going to St. Amant to get chicken Cracklins.

I absolutely love this place!!! I have no complaints. The boiled seafood, fried foods and boudin are all delicious. I haven't been disappointed not once
