This was my first time Pho (FINALLY) and Pho Noodle Cafe was evil good. Very friendly staff. They give you a number of shrimps, and you can ask for extra broth and/or extra noodles. The regular bowl was perfect for lunch. At the moment they still try to get a fleet license to allow guests BYOB, FYI! They are open from 11:30 8 but sometimes closed early when they run out of Pho.
