Appleyard - Sidcup
Menu
The restaurant from Sidcup offers 97 different dishes and drinks on the menu at an average price of £10.
AppleYard has garnered mixed reviews following significant price hikes, leaving loyal patrons disheartened. Once celebrated for its vibrant atmosphere and attentive service, many diners lament that the food quality has declined, with undercooked vegetables and disappointing mains becoming common grievances. Though some visitors praise the friendly staff and delightful tapas, others find the overall dining experience lacking, particularly with the recent menu stagnation. While there are glimpses of enjoyable meals and positive service, the shift towards higher prices without enhanced offerings has led to disappointment, suggesting that management needs to refocus on customer satisfaction to restore its former glory.

It was our first visit with my family, and every dish exceeded our expectations—beautifully presented, full of authentic flavours, and crafted with genuine passion. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the churros made for the ideal sweet finale. A special thank you to Alex, who made the evening truly memorable. This little find exceeded all our expectations. My partner is half-Spanish and was very impressed by the authenticity of the food. Everything we ate was delicious, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the prices reasonable. Will be returning!
