I dined here three weeks ago and discovered a long black hair in my food. I called to express my concern, but my call went to voicemail and I never received a response. The next day, I went in to bring it to their attention, but they seemed indifferent and offered no apology. I didn't want a replacement, even though I left the entire dish uneaten.
