Was Thank G at Mondello a mag?
We got the squid ink crab ravioli and pasta special, and the tomato and burrata salad. Everything was outstanding. We lived in the area several years ago and Mondello was our go to place. Several years later we are glad that the food is as good as ever. Great service and ambiance. This was our first visit since Mama Mondello passing. I have to think that she is pleased that the food is still amazing. We can’t wait to... View all feedback.
What GenevieveK dislikes about Mondello:

This is my absolute favorite restaurant ! Most delicious Italian food and great service!
Squid ink with garlic was the best. I thought I had the best dish but my guest preferred theirs, so it speaks to the quality of each dish. It's in a very nice part of town, and the restaurant itself is lovely, though in a somewhat more isolated area. Not to worry! There's a bus route that will take you very close to the restaurant. Great vegetarian options. Food came out very quickly, and the presentation was beautiful on the squid ink pasta.
Delightful Italian spot in Magnolia. Delicious food, great wine selection, friendly staff, and quaint atmosphere. Perfect spot for a date. Don’t sleep on the specials, especially the wild cod black cod over fettuccine: brilliantly cooked. These people know how to do authentic Italian.
It felt like we were in Italy from the Italian speaking staff to the authentic food. The gluten free homemade pasta was amazing. We will be back.
