Feedback
Nestled within a hotel, this restaurant offers a blend of American classics and upscale dishes, with a pleasant ambiance featuring abstract art. While some patrons have reported disappointing service, particularly during busy hours, individual waitstaff like Carrie have significantly improved the experience when present. The food receives high marks, particularly the Wagyu Burger and seafood dishes, although some diners noted that prices may be steep for the portion sizes. Despite occasional lapses in service, many frequent visitors appreciate the consistent quality of the cuisine and the accommodating nature of the staff.
The plating was extra-special, if you're looking for a place that feels expensive without the $70 entrees,(more like $15-30) this is a great spot. I've had better drinks but for the price not too bad. The ambiance seems decidedly early-2000s with abstract art and swoopy curves.
We made reservations for Valentines Day dinner. Upon arrival we needed to add a guest. JUNO was pretty full but a manager asked if we were ok sitting in the bar. Sean, the bartender, gave us 5 star service! The food was great! Two people in my group are Vegetarian, which can be a challenge, but JUNO had really yummy options that totally satisfied all. The Arctic Club (the hotel where Juno is) has so much old world charm. So many details in the decor; made it a little like a treasure hunt. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would definitely return and recommend.
I am never disappointed here. A friend and I met up for a meal and needed a quiet place to chat. Not many places were open when I wanted to meet during the weekend, so we chose a restaurant in a hotel. My friend ordered the seafood frittata without smoked salmon, and they accommodated her request without any problems. I chose the crab cake benedict with hollandaise on the side, and they nailed our special requests. My friend was almost 45 minutes late due to traffic, but the staff were patient and kept my coffee and water topped up. There's a reason I keep returning to this place.
