I had been eying this place for a while because I love BBQ but I hadn't found a place that offered the flavor profile that I was looking for. This brisket is my favorite in Cincinnati. The crunch of the crust, the tenderness of the meat. Perfectly seasoned and not salty, ugh I'm so happy. I enjoyed the street corn but I think it might be a little misplaced as a side.
