The service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and attentive. However, the food was cold.
What has happened to this place? It used to be a great stop, but now it's a disaster. I used to visit weekly, but when I walked in, there were no employees in sight. After waiting at the counter, one finally emerged from a side room, and then others followed. The restaurant was dirty, with no clean tables available, so I had to clean one myself to sit and eat. The drink station was a mess, too. While I was eating, I could hear the employees in the back goofing off and being very loud. I won't be returning here anytime soon and will instead go to the McDonald's in Wittenberg.

The half-pound roast beef was the same size as the regular, the chicken sandwich was sloppy, and there were no napkins in our bag.
This was my third visit to this location, and unfortunately, the experience hasn’t improved. It’s disappointing. Always double-check your order before leaving—how do you mess up a Beef 'n Cheddar? The fries are usually overcooked and tough. On top of that, the customer service is lacking. I understand working isn’t easy these days, but basic courtesy should be standard. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers. When I asked to speak to a manager, the supervisors appeared even less concerned than the employees.
Several items on the menu were marked as sold out, which was disappointing. I wanted to try the new fish sticks but settled for the Prime Rib cheesesteak instead. The bun and peppers were pretty good. The fries were a combination of curly and straight, probably just to fill out the order.
