I got her gluten-free chicken sandwich and it was amazing, you can eat it cold and it is still super good (the bread is just like a normal bread, you can not notice a big difference that is rare). The price was $5 for a big sandwich, I asked her to warn it as I am medium gluten intolerant, and it was just as good. Also make sure to take some Fuzetea black tea peach, and eat on their window enjoy the beautiful views of the planes! Also, near there is this store called FINEFOOD and they have gluten-free cheese crackers, so you can experience it with cheese if you can, they also have some other types of gluten-free cookies
Great to have a warm panini with cheese and chicken. It tasted really good! It is individually wrapped so no contact. If you want it warm though it's put in the same oven as the gluten full stuff, but they try to make it work by putting it on clean paper. I loved the chicken cheese but they only had that one so if you're vegetarian too, there would be no option. Overall very happy to have this option!
Sandwiches wrapped in a separate section from the main area. The bread was good quality and toppings were tasty!
Two types of sandwiches: cheese or chicken and cheese. They Would not press the sandwich as other folks had stated. They explicitly stated no gf menu. Bread wasn’t bad but the sandwich was airport quality, wrapped in cello. In fact, from the wrapper you can see it’s made by bracamonte which is basically like Sysco. Maybe they recently outsourced. Schipol has been super chaotic, so maybe they had to. A slap of ketchup/peppers on one side with about 1oz of really processed chicken and one slice of cheese. The normal sandwiches looked really nice. Maybe you can ask for more veggies, but they push you through the line so fast that it was almost impossible to get anyone’s attention. Skip it unless desperate.
