Curbside pickup was not an option, but when I used the drive-thru for a relatively simple order, I was asked to pull over and wait. There was a poor woman outside juggling several tasks, trying to figure out who ordered what, as the person at the window had sent everyone to park and wait while she sorted out the food. Usually I’m pleased with my service. Tonight all I ordered was a large iced hazelnut coffee. Light n Sweet.After having to repeat my order a few times what I got was a cup of flavored water.
