Mcdonald's - Schenectady

Faster and very friendly service. fresh food. not much for dinner during night work. I've got burgers for the first time that weren't flat-lined.

Great service. Ordering was quick, friendly, and accurate and the food was hot and fresh .

Sat in front of the register for 12 minutes before someone came over, she walked over and said what do you want? I told her I had a mobile order, she heavily sighed ugh and she said last two digits I told her and she just walked away I assumed to go make the food. About 5 minutes later someone else comes over and asks me what I want, I told her I had a mobile order, she again asked me for the number, I told her, and she said there was an issue processing the payment and so I 'd need to pay first, which I did. But clearly the first girl never even checked my order and just walked away. All said and done it was nearly 20 minutes before I got my food, a simple mcdouble and fries. Fries were barely half filled too. I wouldve asked for them to be filled but they had all retreated to the back of the store and there was noone left to ask and I didn 't feel like waiting for another 10-15 minutes for someone to help me.

Usually I’m pleased with my service. Tonight all I ordered was a large iced hazelnut coffee. Light n Sweet.After having to repeat my order a few times what I got was a cup of flavored water. Couldn’t taste any hazelnut coffee. Not sweet at all. It was awful. Sorry I don’t like to complain but that shouldn’t happen. They weren’t busy.
