I went there with my friend and we had a pleasant experience. The staff were attentive and nice. The food came out quickly. We waited very long for someone to pick up our order, then we waited long for us to get our food. We weren't served. We checked our order, why it took so long. We found it sitting on the counter waiting for onion rings. Our food was cold. We ate in this Culver #511 several times and had no problem.
