Expected to only be decorating a chocolate bar but they really put us to work! Was very interesting and exciting to see the entire process from roasting and peeling the beans to grinding the cacao and adding the amount of sugar you prefer. The tasting was cool, but could have been a bit more hygienic by giving everyone they’re own plate instead of having to share. View all feedback.
