Was very interesting and exciting to see the entire process from roasting and peeling the beans to grinding the cacao and adding the amount of sugar you prefer. The tasting was cool, but could have been a bit more hygienic by giving everyone they’re own plate instead of having to share.
A very educational and hands-on experience learning about cacao and making chocolate. The owners were welcoming, generous and passionate about their craft. The organization itself focuses on sustainable and ethical sourcing which is amazing. The chocolate products are delicious. I absolutely recommend visiting and partaking in the experiences offered here. Make your reservations in advance, the owners are quick to respond and helpful to answer any questions you may have.
