Service was good. The ingredients were good quality, however the composed dishes were just too much. Dishes would’ve been better with a simpler approach. For example, the dinner special was a Japanese A5 wagyu sirloin. The umami compound butter that was sitting atop the steak ruined the taste of what is otherwise an exquisite piece of meat.
