Always a great experience. Food is top notch, service is amazing. I've been coming to Tiburon for almost 15 years and it never gets old. Service was good. The ingredients were good quality, however the composed dishes were just too much. Dishes would’ve been better with a simpler approach. For example, the dinner special was a Japanese A5 wagyu sirloin. The umami compound butter that was sitting atop the steak ruined the taste of what is otherwise an exquisite piece of meat.
