Kagawa-ya Udon - San Francisco

What User likes about Kagawa-ya Udon:
A small eatery nestled between the Twitter and Reddit office buildings. I decided to try out this place for a workday lunch. You order from a selection of Udon noodle soups or curry plates at the counter. Then you choose a few extra toppings and sides toadd on to your base order. What Cyrus Ghaznavi doesn't like about Kagawa-ya Udon:
Service is friendly and I had a good experience there. However, I’d say the udon is run of the mill. Noodles were undercooked and the dashi was a bit dilute. It would also be awesome if they kept the green onions and friend tempura bits out for us to add to our own liking (also would ensure the tempura bits are still crunchy by the time we eat them).
