What Elizabeth Rodriguez likes about Fajita Express Mexican Grill:
The food is usually good, but it's not consistent. Sometimes it tastes so yummy, other times it's a meh. The bean and cheese tacos are not it, at all, their beans are runny and flavorless and the cheese is just strange. Their mini taquitos and beef fajita quesadillas are pretty great! Wife and I used to love ordering from here and would get it delivered to the house but the last few times we ordered, the food would just make us sick. I usually have an iron stomach as I once got severe food poisoning in Mexico and since then nothing ever gets me sick, but the last few times from this place, spent most of my day in the bathroom.
