Their espresso machine wasn't working and of course I had gone in there for a latte. They made me a special drink with a regular coffee and got it as close to a latte as possible and it was amazing! I have been a diehard Kaldis fan for years! Slowly over the years as they have grown as a company they have gotten increasingly worse in both food and drink quality. Years ago they did quality checks every few hours on the flavor profiles of their espresso and rarely IF ever did you get a wrong drink or bad service and now it seems every other visit I am having to ask them to remake my drink while they argue with me...
