What Cris J doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I paused at the entrance to hold open the door for an employee. She didn't even acknowledge me. I placed my order at an automated kiosk, but no confirmatory order slip was provided. I stood in line for several minutes to again place an order. Two separate employees looked at me 2 or 3 times each, but never said a word and busied themselves with other things, including chatting with other employees. I left. View all feedback.
The cashier who took my order was wonderful. She gets 5 stars for service. But it went downhill...
