Someone had ordered a good number of burritos in the morning slowing us down for a scheduled trip we had for Alcatraz (we are out of state) but we notified the employee taking orders we would come back later for it. We had the guy at the front forewarned the next shift manager. When we came back, he honored our order after showing the receipt and we were given our food and complimentary chips!
