Someone had ordered a good number of burritos in the morning slowing us down for a scheduled trip we had for Alcatraz (we are out of state) but we notified the employee taking orders we would come back later for it. We had the guy at the front forewarned the next shift manager. When we came back, he honored our order after showing the receipt and we were given our food and complimentary chips! Love these guys and was... View all feedback.
What Shawn Keene (Elskipador) doesn't like about Burrito Factory:
It used to be good 10 years ago, but now the prices went up the service went down who in the world doesn't put prices on the menu?!?! Epic fail. Definitely won't be back. View all feedback.

It's okay if you like fast talking to order service and a loud, bar atmosphere. Service seemed stressed due to crowds. Food is good.
Good food but couldn't stay inside as a DJ had the music way TOO LOUD!!! Sat in car while my son waited for our take out order to be ready. There is no logical reason for music to be so loud she couldn't hear my order.
Had to stop at the old Almaden Winery to give some old winery artwork to the Grand Poohba there.I pulled this stuff out of the Inglenook Winery up in Rutherford before it changed hands to Francis Ford Copala, he thinks they're his, but I told him to suck eggs, and I'm giving them to the Almaden Winery. The Burrito Factory was right there...and it was lunchtime so I whipped it on in and got a wet burrito.Man-O-Man was it Great!
