The service at this restaurant was lacking. We had to request cutlery and bread, which wasn't offered initially. There were options like cowboy ribeye steaks and various desserts on the menu. However, despite ordering my steak cooked medium, it arrived rare and the portion size was lacking. Due to the poor service, I will not be returning to Ruth's Chris for another visit.
