I've reviewed this place before. Not much to update. The customer service is great and the ice cream is very consistently good but I typically just order a shop of ice cream each so I don't have much to report on how the specialty items are at this location. View all feedback.

Whichever guy was working 9/21 at the Manzanita location locked the doors 15 minutes BEFORE closing. It’s an ICE CREAM SHOP how hard is it to scoop a cup of ice cream. Meanwhile the employee was sitting on the couch inside on his phone. They should not be closing early- LAZINESS!! you just lost a paying customer due to the laziness of your employee.
