I've reviewed this place before. Not much to update. The customer service is great and the ice cream is very consistently good but I typically just order a shop of ice cream each so I don't have much to report on how the specialty items are at this location. View all feedback.
What Riley Hill doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Whichever guy was working 9/21 at the Manzanita location locked the doors 15 minutes BEFORE closing. It’s an ICE CREAM SHOP how hard is it to scoop a cup of ice cream. Meanwhile the employee was sitting on the couch inside on his phone. They should not be closing early- LAZINESS!! you just lost a paying customer due to the laziness of your employee. Hours say open at 11am it's 11:10 am and they're closed. Not answering the door or picking up the phone. No way to run a business.

WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS ClOSED??WHY ARE THERE TONS OF POSTS STATING THIS, YET THE MANAGER STILL ALLOWS IT TO CONTINUE??!!
Got here at 8:50 and it was closed. Supposed to close at 9 pm. Another car pulled up and drove away too. Feel sorry for the owner that the employees don't seem to care about the business.
