Cafe Europa - S San Diego

What Heather Dunmoyer likes about Cafe Europa:
Love the vive and service here.... wish they would start using real plates, cups, etc again vs the high end plastic ones....they look nice, but it's not the same View all feedback.

What Trevor Deen doesn't like about Cafe Europa:
Weird spot. It's an interesting deviation from sterile and monotonous corporate restaurants. There is no service so you are greeted with some explanatory signs and plastic silverware. Self seating. You can either place your order with a qr code or up at the bar. Portions are small and on plastic plates which you pick up from the counter. Food options seemed reheated from previously cooked.
