This place is a hidden gem of a diner. I was disappointed to find out Evie had passed some time ago, though. The food was incredibly delicious and they have some unique menu choices like Bananas Foster Waffles. My friend ordered that and he ate it all. Hash is spectacular as well. I have to say I wasn’t all that impressed. I arrived at 11:05 AM, was seated, and it took more than 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee and to take my order. I didn’t get my food until after 11:50 AM, which, while it was good, it was certainly not spectacular and definitely not worth waiting that long to get.
