Majority of the workers were standing around and laughing with each other. I think I only saw 1 maybe 2 doing a little work but the rest just stood and laughed and looked at their phone. We only went for dipped cones and a blizzard and it took them 10 minutes to take our money, made us move forward and made us wait another 15 minutes to bring half our order and rest after.
