Majority of the workers were standing around and laughing with each other. I think I only saw 1 maybe 2 doing a little work but the rest just stood and laughed and looked at their phone. We only went for dipped cones and a blizzard and it took them 10 minutes to take our money, made us move forward and made us wait another 15 minutes to bring half our order and rest after. Well this place has gone down the tubes, maybe it's the eclipse. Too many things wrong to even note....
Sat in the drive through with 4-5 cars ahead of me and waited 30-40 minutes. Only got 2 blizzards one of which melted all over the car before the 5 minute drive home.
Worst run fast food restaurant in royse city. Tired of the 20+ minute waits every time. Chili’s has food ready faster than this place.Employees have good attitudes but very clearly put in poor position by management understaffing restaurant. Said they only had one person in store who knew how to make ice cream and had em backed up.
They’re slow, not just this Dairy Queen , almost every Dairy Queen except Greenville Tx
