I absolutely adore Panera. The food is delicious and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the States from Germany. I ordered a couple of pick 2 items for takeout. When I bit into the sandwich, I realized there was no chicken in it. Upon opening the sandwich, I found only a very small amount of chicken, which was disappointing and definitely not worth the money.
