Panera Bread - Roxbury

$11 this steak and cheddar abomination cost $11 well done steak, zero cheddar, someone accidentally spilled horseradish sauce on it, zero onions the mac and cheese is ok the Panera up in the trade zone never did me dirty like this

$18.00 and my order did not even come with a straw, fork, spoon...I got the you pick two, chips as my side, and that was also missing. I asked for the spoon and fork because I could not find them anywhere. The person who took my order was nice and gave me a straw. He even let me know that the bread was all out of stock. So, for that, I want to give him a shout out!

Food service and atmosphere are all great. A great little break for the family in between Saturday errands. It's our little thing now cause it's such a great place to be at plus the food is great

The food was good, the employees were very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was great. Paneras are generally a comfortable place to go if you are just grabbing something quick or meeting up for a few hours.

Absolute joke with online orders. It’s close to 100% of the time that they don’t put bakery items in your bag before putting it out to be retrieved from pick up. They also SEAL the bags indicating they checked it. I used to get home before realizing I was ripped off. Now I rip the sticker in the store and check before leave and lo and behold, it is never my full order ever and often it’s the WRONG order. The same manager lady tells me they will check better next time EVERY TIME. This branch is a joke. I’m going to Chester from now on. Customer lost once and for all. Enough is enough they need new management. Tired of paying for things and not getting them. If I didn’t know better I’d think it was a systematic scam that’s how blatant and frequent it is.
