The pho noodles were clumped together and the soup was lukewarm, not hot enough to properly cook the bean sprouts and basil leaves. The grilled black spring rolls were cold, and the pork was very dry. The rice noodles were overcooked and tough, likely due to them being pre-made and cooled instead of freshly prepared at room temperature.
