The... read more I had a good experience eating at this restaurant, and it is a lovely place. However, I was disappointed because I thought I had found a new favorite spot. The staff gave me dirty looks multiple times during my visits, and they even wiped down the table right in front of me while I was sitting there. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hope this behavior is not common among all their staff.

The grilled black spring rol... read more The pho noodles were clumped together and the soup was lukewarm, not hot enough to properly cook the bean sprouts and basil leaves. The grilled black spring rolls were cold, and the pork was very dry. The rice noodles were overcooked and tough, likely due to them being pre-made and cooled instead of freshly prepared at room temperature. However, the overall service and atmosphere at Phonatic were good.

The sea... read more My wife loves pho and was disappointed when it was no longer on the menu. Seeing the joy on her face when she found out they had it again was priceless. The seafood pho with lime, basil, and hot sauce was delicious. And when our 4-year-old daughters tried it, it brought the woman's luck to a whole new level.
