Quality meat, processed and cooked with great attention to the product. excellent selections of farms (national and international). to try the tartares and swords!
Very nice restaurant, personally very kind. I took the boneless japan style spectacular! very tender and delicious, to try absolutely. tartare is also the sweet deserve. Given the quality, the account was more than honest.
This is located directly on the viale regina Margherita/Viale liegi, the main road between villa borghese and villa ada. We visited on a Saturday evening in juli, a walk-up for 3 persons at 7.20 without reservation. they pressed us, needed the table back at 9 what was good. some other parties later appeared and could not enter; they could see that this place is popular. the menu was impressive meaty (beefy) american black angus, australian wagyu, Japanese cuts all available along with many different “keywords”, rindfleischburger, even three types of bark tataki. two of us had the housefilet steak, that was just great. chargrilled medium to perfection, very light pink inside, some fresh lemon to push over the steak and chips beautifully. the third had a heavy (big spits) of beer-marinated bark, similarly good. delicious spinach with parmesan went well. a very good bottle chianti reserva to round it off. service was friendly, good English to save us our blows on our risible italian.
