Their Keto options AREN 'T keto, they 're just glorified protein shakes. You 're spiking your insulin like every other smoothie on the menu. Their website says it has high fat, but I highly doubt it 's anywhere near the amount of fat it says on the website, and if it is, it 's processed sunflower oil. To those who don 't know you need high amounts of fat to counteract the insulin impact you get from that much protein... View all feedback.
