There is a reason that Chick-Fil-A is always packed. Service, service, service. It is amazing to me that they other fast food chains have yet to figure this out. I travel for work and Chick-Fil-A is a standard that literally no one has even attempted to copy. They all tend to copy the model of McDonald 's Taco Bell, with their banking on Customer No Service model. You would think they would get it, but apparently not... View all feedback.

Not sure what is going on at this location but the last few months the service is extremely slow. Inside and drive through. They are saying they are short of help. I’ve never seen Zach Thomas at this location. He should be paying closer attention and maybe pitch in to help.
