Great customer service, it's not all about making a good sandwich, it's a nice thing to walk in and see a clean lobby and restrooms. Greeting us as we came in with a true smile on her face and if I wasn't in a little bit of a rush, I would have asked her name and given them a good review! I usually enjoy visiting this restaurant to get subs for my family or my mom, but today will be my last time! It was quite disappointing to see a customer welcomed as soon as they walked in while I received no acknowledgment at all. Throughout my ordering and payment process, I felt completely overlooked.
