Great customer service, it's not all about making a good sandwich, it's a nice thing to walk in and see a clean lobby and restrooms. Greeting us as we came in with a true smile on her face and if I wasn't in a little bit of a rush, I would have asked her name and given them a good review! I usually enjoy visiting this restaurant to get subs for my family or my mom, but today will be my last time! I usually enjoy visiting this restaurant to get subs for my family or my mom, but today will be my last time! It was quite disappointing to see a customer welcomed as soon as they walked in while I received no acknowledgment at all. Throughout my ordering and payment process, I felt completely overlooked. This unpleasant experience has left a lasting bad impression on me, one that I won’t forget. It’s disheartening to see such issues still persist in 2022. The customer service seemed more focused on familiar faces rather than treating every individual who walks through the door with equal attention.
I ordered the subclub combo, which included salt and vinegar chips and Pure Leaf tea with lemon. When I went to pick up my food, I was told they didn’t have any chips or drinks available. The staff member refused to issue a refund, saying I could call a manager later. This was completely unacceptable. Eventually, I settled for an unsweetened drink and BBQ chips, even though that wasn’t what I wanted. I considered disputing the charges with my bank. On a positive note, the sandwich was made correctly and was delicious.
Once again, they forgot to add the Chipotle sauce to my cheesesteak sandwich.
Order 2 subs online, picked them up and went home. opened them, no speck on my sub, which should come with him, no speck on the other sub, which I paid to put it on, no spicy senf on it, and no oil and vinegar on them. when I called one of the 3 younger young people who work, I answered. he told me they ran out of the speck, what I understand, but they should have told me when I picked up the subs. but then he said they don't do spicy brown senf in this load. then when I told him about the oil and edgy, he said oh my bad. I love jersey chicks and it doesn't matter to pay $30 for 2 subs when they're done right. hopefully next time they will be better
Literally just left this place came in at 8:35 close to closing. Ordered my food gave the person the ingredients needed on my sandwich to leave the place to have it just plain why write it down to not get anything right it seems like communication and listening is off with the boys that work at night. Smh not pleased at all
