She was incredibly pleasant and accommodating, displaying a high level of professionalism and a strong focus on customer service. Unfortunately, we had to wait in line for a long time and were asked to pull forward to wait for fresh fries. When we finally received our food, the fries were nowhere near fresh, my chicken sandwich was ice cold, and the popcorn chicken was mostly just crumbs.
