I... read more This was the best KFC I have visited in a few years. I ordered the 20.00 fill up and this has been the only on that you can substitute 1 item in your package. I'm not a coleslaw fan and I substituted a mac and cheese in its spot. I visited at about 12:30 pm and I was in drive thru less than 5 minutes and they were wrapped around the building

Well I decided to try it on my way to work tonight and again they messed up my whole order. I don?t mean to be difficult because I?ve worked in customer service butit?s really not that hard to put gravy on mashed potatoes? little things like that. This will probably be the absolute last timeI eat here. I gave it another chance and they still couldn?t get what I ordered right.

All seemed fine and... read more I went through the drive thru just a little bit ago and there was a car that had pulled ahead and I assumed they were waiting for something. All seemed fine and I received what I thought was my order and everything going well until I got home. I paid forchicken strip dinner, $25.75, and got a pot pie. I called to talk to them and the young man on the phone was wanting me to comeback but I told him I lived quite a ways out of town and wasn?t coming back to town. Apparently they can only fix it if you cancome back right then. I asked him what a pot pie cost and he said about 5 bucks and I replied, ?that was my issue, I paid 25dollars for a 5 dollar pie?. He was quite curt and made it appear that it was my fault for not coming back. I told him I wouldbe in town tomorrow and come talk to the manager. He hung up. I ate the pot pie and no complaints about the food, just theservice. It?s not rocket science, they can either compensate me with something of equal value, money or food, minus the potpie. We shall see if this 3 star rating goes to a zero or a 5 tomorrow.
