I used to enjoy visiting this restaurant, but now they have started closing early. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes before my order was taken, and when it finally was, they got it wrong. Placed an order today and waited over 40 minutes in the lobby for my food. Watched 2 families be served before me when I had ordered before them. I was totally forgotten about. I had to approach the counter and remind them of my order. I wanted at least a refund for one of the burgers since I waited so long and was only offered a vanilla cone when I expressed how upset I was and that they should refund me something and was told no they couldn't!! Then he said if he refunded me that I wouldn't get my food!! Absolutely ridiculous and I won't be back!! I should have been comped my entire meal!!
