This place was hidden in a Richmond Hill plaza (near Holiday Inn Express and Royal Bank of Canada.) I drove by it several times and did not realize that there was a Dim Sum restaurant. Overall the food is acceptable, not the best! But found one of the waiter is very rude! Why? Let me explained why. At the end we couldn't finish the food and asked for the little container politely.
