Please stop serving cold sandwiches when customers request them to be toasted. It seems like your sub oven is broken or your employees are not properly trained. For a $15 sandwich, it should at least be warm by the time it reaches the table. If this continues, the restaurant will likely close down. To confirm: they do NOT accept Subway coupons. I guess they have enough customers.
