I take my pizza very seriously. I've taken multiple trips to NY planned around trying the best pizza I could. I own two Pizza ovens, study pizza as a subject matter, and make pizza every week. That being said, I ordered a margherita and a cheese slice and both were excellent, close to the best NY-Style pizza I've had in my life.
