Today, we placed an online order at this restaurant. It was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, but when I arrived, I was told it would take an additional 10 minutes. I questioned the cashier about the discrepancy, but they just said the online time was wrong. While waiting, other customers were told it would be a 15-minute wait to be seated.
