Mcalister's Deli - Richland

Wonderful service, beautiful atmosphere, and delicious food and drinks.

Today, we placed an online order at this restaurant. It was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, but when I arrived, I was told it would take an additional 10 minutes. I questioned the cashier about the discrepancy, but they just said the online time was wrong. While waiting, other customers were told it would be a 15-minute wait to be seated. After waiting around 20 minutes, my order was finally ready, but it was incorrect and missing an item. The missing item was left on the counter by the window. I don't think I will be returning to this location in the future.

The food service was terrible! There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms and we had to wait an hour for napkins!

Husband has McAlister-Club, they have order wrong when it was corrected, the brot was shown in the picture) . besides brot burned it was delicious. my salad was wonderful. the lady who brought our food, threw that beer on the table and went away.

I waited an hour for nachos, a spud, and a sandwich with some soup. I understand everywhere is short staffed, and probably trying really hard to get new people trained…. So I waited patiently. After I had finally gotten my food, the sandwich tasted like rubber. It tasted old. The food was absolutely awful and the Manager offered me a cookie for my wait….. but I had already paid for 2….. I’m giving this place 2 stars for the mere fact that I could see their FOH staff WAS working really hard to fulfill the guests needs….
